Superstar Dream colours are made of a very user-friendly, high-quality water make-up that meets all the strict requirements of the European Cosmetics Legislation (1223/2009 / EC). The colours are nice and clear, the make-up works nicely and is easy to remove. A thin layer of Superstar make-up is sufficient to create a nice covering base. The make-up dries quickly and does not stain. Cracking of the paint surface & overflowing of the colours is normal and will not affect the performance of the paint.
